The Challenge

Our Approach
We developed a sophisticated AI Chatbot Interface that functions as a 24/7 technical consultant and account manager.
- Secure Customer Authentication: Unlike generic bots, this system features a secure login layer. Once authenticated, the bot gains "eyes" into the customer's specific history, accessing sensitive order data, shipment tracking, and personalized pricing safely.
- Knowledge-Backed Reasoning (RAG): Using Retrieval-Augmented Generation, the AI is fed thousands of pages of technical manuals and installation guides. It doesn't guess; it provides cited, expert-level advice on fence physics and material compatibility.
- Workflow Orchestration via n8n: We used n8n as the "nervous system" of the bot. When a user asks about an order, the AI triggers an n8n workflow that fetches real-time data from the ERP/Saleor API and formats it into a human-friendly response.
- Intent-Based Routing: The bot intelligently distinguishes between a "how-to" question and a "help-needed" crisis, performing a warm hand-off to a human agent with a full transcript summary when necessary.
Nearly 100% of "Order Status" queries are now handled without human intervention.
Professional-grade advice is available outside of business hours, capturing leads that would otherwise be lost.
The Results
This AI interface successfully shifted the support paradigm from "searching for information" to "receiving answers."
